Welcome to Personal Touch Group Fitness.We believe  that fitness involves the body, mind ,and spirit. our approach is to keep the body moving, and the mind sharp, and the spirit in a calm and welcoming place.We strive to teach fitness in a nonjudgemental environment and to focus on safety and form for the good of our coumminity of students.We believe  in individual progress, for we are all different in our ablilities and what we seek from ourselves. We are the helpers and we are here for you.

Hi , I have been involved with fitness since the days of Jackie Sorensen Aerobic Dancing. In 2011 I became a certified Group fitness instructor through American Council on Exercise.My philosophy is simple, work to your ability, have fun, and keep the mind open to new challenges. There should be NO judgement on your ability or on others. We are all here to accomplish like goals. Stay strong, stay healthy, stay flexible.
