Pilates

Class description:

This 45 minute class is based on the Joseph Pilates Contrology practice.  Exercise includes body movements which are slow and smooth, with an added breathing practice. This class can start as challenging, but as a result of staying with  it, your core strength improves, posture becoming better and your awareness to your body alignment becomes a part of your natural being. The class is performed on the floor using a mat.
