Class description:
This class uses the silk hammock as an extension of the body. Using the support of our hammock, we flow thru beautiful movements creating shapes and poses that require a focused awareness of our body’s placement in space. Truly an empowering experience.
A basic knowledge of Yoga and/or Pilates is helpful as this class builds on some of these principles.
