These seasonal workshops feature learning how to balance our lives and becoming empowered to make good sustainable choices for a stronger, healthier and more whole-hearted life. Not an exercise class, the moderator will provide material covering such topics as The Importance of Breath, Stress Management, Mindfulness of Eating and Drinking Habits.
