This class is one hour, using silk hammocks for deep stretching and core strength development. A knowledge of Yoga and Pilates movements are essential as the mind must stay focused throughout the class. The last 20-30 minutes is a guided meditation while we lay within our hammocks.
It is a journey for our body and mind with the meditation theme varying from week to week, created exclusively for the class by our Silks instructor.
