Fitness with Friends

Are you looking to do something different with your friends which is fun but has an added benefit of also being healthy?

Are you curious to see what exercising classes are all about  but would be more comfortable learning with your friends?

Gather a group of ladies together and spend time in our studio for a customized work out session based on your group’s preferences. Bring your own food and drinks for time to relax and talk after your session.

The 1 ½ hour session consists of 1 hour of exercise followed by a ½ hour of wind down time with your friends.

Step 1- Pick the type of session:

Option #1: The Focus   Pick one class to focus your energy.

Option #2: The Double Down   Pick two classes to experiment with.

Option #3: The Sampler   Pick three classes to try a variety.

Step 2 – Pick the class option:

Band Challenge  ~   Pilates   ~   Sculpting/Body Shaping

Tabata  ~  Silver ‘n’ Fit   ~  Yoga

Class size:    Minimum 6,  maximum 10

Cost:    $20.00 per individual
