Yoga

Class description:

A 45 minute class using yoga moves for stretching.  We hold each movement while breathing in and out through the nose. Taking each movement with intention and increasing the move deeper each time. The beauty of this class is the same movements are used each week.  This creates building confidence in the moves which flows  through each practice.

Great for all ages. Improves body movements, flexibility, deep stretching and builds calmness in the mind.
