Forever Strong

Class description:

A 45 minute class seated in a chair, working muscles by using a variety of props such as weights, balls, and bands. A great way to increase strength and mobility.  Ideal for those new to exercise, recovering from minor surgeries or injuries or are part of the senior community. This class also compliments those taking physical therapy.
